2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to the service that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
  • Service failures resulting in incomplete or unusable financial reports
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service cancellation within the specified trial period, if applicable

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already fully rendered and reports successfully generated
  • Subscription fees for periods during which the service was available and accessible
  • Dissatisfaction with report content that meets the specified service parameters
  • User error or failure to follow provided instructions
  • Change of mind after successful service delivery
  • Custom configuration services already performed

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

  • Provide your account information and order details
  • Clearly describe the reason for the refund request
  • Provide supporting documentation if applicable

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Timeframes

Requests must be submitted within the following timeframes:

  • One-time purchases: Within 14 days of purchase
  • Subscription services: Within 14 days of the billing date for the current period
  • Trial periods: Before the trial period expires to avoid charges

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted:

7. Processing Refunds

8. Subscription Cancellations

  • You will retain access to services until the end of the paid period

9. Trial Period Cancellations

If a trial period is offered:

  • You may cancel during the trial period without charge
  • Cancellation must occur before the trial period ends to avoid billing
  • No refund is necessary as no charge has been made

10. Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged:

  • Provide transaction details and explanation of the dispute
  • We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
  • Billing errors will be corrected promptly

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Offer prorated refunds in case of significant service changes or discontinuation

12. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect:

  • Use of services with intent to request refunds

  • Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation

13. Exceptions
